Bill C-51 and the Military Industrial Complex – Grand Chief Terrance Nelson

On April 18th, 2015, Winnipeggers rallied against Bill C-51 at Winnipeg’s City Hall. Grand Chief Terrance Nelson made an incredible speech on how Bill C-51 affected first nations people and how it aided the military industrial complex regarding the war in Iraq and the consistent aggressive militarization of the US and Canada.
Something that stood out in the Grand Chief’s speech was “I’ve seen terrorism… in the eyes of children (in Iraq)”.
Definitely an intelligent man worth listening to!
